Whilst designing the Field Guide to Cloudspotting I’ve spent many moments gazing up at the sky. Firstly print a copy of the types of clouds chart to help you identify them and learn the names. This field guide has activities for young ones (pinwheel making & chart, cloud & wind chart, and what’s happening in the clouds; wheel) and I’ve also thought about olders ones and added extension & activities for them (information flaps on the wheel, water gauge activity & chart, and the types of clouds chart).
